Frequently Asked Questions and Common Fixes

Struggling with a loose end cap that keeps sliding out of the awl handle?

By gently bending the wings of the end cap outwards, you can achieve a more snug fit of the end cap in the awl. Adjust as needed. The wings are easy to bend by hand.
